We are a specialized firm that consults with companies with a desire to become a public company through Regulation Crowdfunding Reg CF Equity CrowdFunding (also known as Title III), Accredited Equity CrowdFunding (Title II), Regulation A+ (Also known as Title IV). We provide financial accounting, reporting disclosures, and compliance. We work together with our clients and their legal counsel to provide the highest level of service in going public which include providing going public strategies from fully-reporting public entities, OTCQB entities, Pink Sheet entities and OTC Markets compliance work and Form S-1, REG-A support, filing, SEC compliance, OTC Markets Group compliance and consulting.

Additionally, we believe in fully-reporting SEC compliance & disclosure procedures. We are active in assisting issuers with OTC Markets compliance work to bring non-reporting, non-compliant OTC Pink Sheet companies into compliance by rehabilitation by way of removal of stop signs and state level compliance. In some special cases we may be able to offer issuers rehabilitation services for Expert Market companies to obtain their 15c211 filing by bringing market makers back into quoting & trading. To that end, we are capable of providing all SEC Edgar/ In-Line XBRL filing needs for public companies such as S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Super 8-K, 14-F, Form 3, Form 4, Form D, Section 16 disclosures, 13D, etc with our Edgar/XBRL service.
